Existing washer & dryer. You will be living with an older married couple. No smoking inside only outside out the house, no wild parties (small group parties allowed for birthdays or other holidays). Try to keep the noise down in the mornings as we work nights, if your dog or cat destroys any piece of furniture you are liable. There is parking for one car.
