Rent is available for 6 or 12 months, whichever you prefer. Tenant is responsible for electric/gas and water/sewer/garbage utilities. Can provide past bills to anybody applying. I'd be willing to have a discussion about pets. Depends on breed / shedding / history, but open to it. No smoking. Parking and storage locker included with rent.
