Like you, I'm a renter--I don't seem to stay in one place long enough to live in a place I own; currently in SF Bay Area. This apartment is the one and only property I own, so you will be my one and only renter, no property-management companies involved. :) About You: Honest, reasonably clean, reasonably considerate and rational person(s) with sufficient income to pay rent and comfortably conversant in any *two* of: email, phone, SMS. I'm looking for someone I can communicate with, and who not only will take good care of the apartment and pay rent but report problems so I can fix them! Initial 9 month period, rolling 2-month lease thereafter: just give 2 months notice, and you can terminate anytime after the initial period. Included utilities: water, sewage, garbage. You're responsible for power and network.
