I'm looking for someone I can communicate with, and who not only will take good care of the apartment and pay rent but report problems so I can fix them! Initial 9 month period, rolling 2-month lease thereafter: just give 2 months notice, and you can terminate anytime after the initial period. Included utilities: water, sewage, garbage.
