Unit 1003 is a corner unit with floor to ceiling windows. Great natural light, sunrise views over the cascades. Electric blinds keep that light out though with a blackout blind in the bedroom. Unit is provided furnished, rent is available for 6 or 12 months, whichever you prefer. All utilities are included in price (water, sewer, garbage, electric). Internet (gigabit through google fiber) is included as well! One price for everything, no extra costs as you go. I'd be willing to have a discussion about pets. Depends on breed / shedding / history, but open to it. No smoking. Fully furnished, parking included.
