You enter the apartment off the front porch, through a private entry door. Once through that door you will be standing in a small entry room that can be used for limited storage (see picture). From this entry room is another door that opens into a large living room. This living room has original wood floors, original window trim, high ceilings. a ceiling fan with light fixture, and a fireplace that does not work, but is beautiful. This living room is of the style and character of the era of when the house was built (circa 1890). You walk from the living room, to the kitchen, through a short hall that has a full size Washer/Dryer unit. (see picture). Once through the hall, you will be standing in an eat-in kitchen. The eat-in kitchen has oak cabinets, a dishwasher, and a stained glass light meant to be a dining light above a small table (see pictures). Off the eat-in kitchen are the doors to the 2 small bedrooms and the bathroom. The bathroom has tub-shower combination, toilet, vanity, and a cabinet for towel storage. Each of the 2 bedrooms is carpeting, has a closet with sliding mirrored doors, and has a ceiling fan with light fixture. One of the 2 bedrooms has a patio door that opens to the fenced back yard. There is a cement patio area. You walk through the back yard to the off-street parking area. Parking spaces for two vehicles are provided. The last picture in the series provided, is a picture of the back of the house, taken (during Winter) from the parking area. From this picture, you will note that the back of the house is painted white. Up to 2 spayed/neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit. Dogs over 40lb must be approved by property owner with the submission of a picture to verify height and weight and no large breeds are allowed. Dogs must be crated when tenant is not home and during maintenance or showing of unit. The house licensed by the City, and has been locally owned and managed by the Schneider family for the last 25 years. Apartment shown by appointment only. M-F, 10 AM through 7 PM. We do not show Saturday or Sunday. Nonsmoking units Application fee is $100, upon approval $60 goes towards your deposit! 12 Month Lease, Security Deposit equal to 1 month's rent, $100 Utility Deposit, pet deposit equal to half a month's rent. 2 pets maximum. Cats are $20 a month per cat and dogs are $35 a month per dog. Dogs must be under 40 pounds and must be crated when tenant is not home or we are there for maintenance or showings. Utilities are not included in rent. Tenant has all utilities in their name.
