This home is in a family friendly, centrally located area, close to downtown and the interstate. Zoo Tampa and Lowry Park is literally 1 block away. While this is a small home it is very unique with high ceilings and a cute loft area and closet over the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The driveway is large, wide enough for 2 cars with a carport that covers the front door. The house get lots of sunlight as the loft has 2 large windows up above. All the floors are tile, while the loft and stairs have carpet. The entire yard is fenced in with privacy fence along either side and the back. There is a small storage shed in the back for storage. All utilities and lawn care are the responsibility of the renter, the yard must be kept in up in a reasonable fashion. We require a signed one year lease. Small dogs are allowed, but some breeds are not allowed according to our liability insurance carrier, so any pet must be approved by the landlord. Although we do not require tenants to obtain renter's insurance it is recommended
