08/31/2017 - JDuncanson Roofing LLC just today completed installation of a new metal tile roof manufactured by Gerard coming with all new decking Aqua Hide synthetic water repellent sheathing on top of the plywood decking. On top of that were 2"x2" slats of lumber spaced vertically about 14" vertically from roof top to bottom; on top of these 2"x2" pieces went the roof tiles by Gerard. My class or profile of roof is known as Barrel Vault with the Sunset Gold color scheme. This roof has a 50-year manufacturer`s materials warranty and and 20-year labor warranty. I am not clear yet on the labor and materials warranties from JDuncanson Roofing LLC, the roofing contractor.
