Utilities are included in rent.,On-site coin operated laundry facilities,off street parking No pets allowed.Rent and deposit to be paid before move in/background check will be performed. Very quite 10 unit apartments .Please no calls after 830 pm M-F and open 8-4 sat.Closed Sunday.
