Available apartment in this fourplex has a private backyard large enough for gardening and a nearby covered carport. Front door faces a common area with trees and vegetation. Apartment has natural beamed ceilings, enclosed tub/ shower combo, and a skylight in the dining area. Range and heat are gas. The AC is an oversized 18,000 BTU AC through the wall unit. An on-site laundry room with coin-operated washer and dryer also has individual lockers for laundry supplies. We use our own application rather than ones from Zillow, HotPads or Trulia. We require all adult applicants to have a credit score of 670 or higher and we run credit checks at our own expense. Application forms are emailed to applicants with approved credit scores. All applicants over 18 must have established credit. NO co-signers accepted. All income must be verifiable. We do not accept cash payments as a basis for meeting income requirements.
