This condo is located on a private side of the complex behind Hillery Park with shade trees. No neighbors looking right at you. I apologize for the photos being taken before all the appliances went in but we rented it right away last year to a military person and they are moving again this year and I didn't get a chance to take the photos after everything was installed. We gutted the whole condo and installed all new flooring, cabinetry, lighting, AC & Heater, bathrooms, painted, patio, etc. The two car garage is not attached but only a few steps away from the front door. Poway is known for their high ranking schools. Sorry, no pets. Owner pays for HOA fees which includes water, trash, landscape for outside grounds, use of pool and jacuzzi. Tenant pays for gas and electric, phone, cable, and internet.
