Remember that the house will be available at the beginning of March 2020. First you'll schedule a tour/visit to see the property and meet me or any of my colleagues. If you're interested we'll gather some basic info from all the adults that would live in the property(number of adults previous residencies, work, pets etc.) Best candidates will go through a background check through TransUnion and Zillow called SmartMove. The process it's safe secure and its online. We will just send you link so you can fill up the online form to get all the background checks (criminal credit bankruptcy evictions...)and pay $35 fee per working adult that will live in the house.
