Do not enter their pastures, paddocks, corrals, barns etc. You are renting a house that is next to their home. There is wildlife such as deer, fox, raccoon, opossum, coyote and other creatures that are typical in Georgia. Nothing is to be shot/killed etc because you don't like it. Horses are afraid of gunshots and loud noises. No dirt bikes, quads and the like are to be ridden on the property. The designated rooms must stay as they are intended. Max occupancy is for a family of four or less. Landlord has the right to enter the property in the event of an emergency after trying to reach you. Such emergencies that would constitute emergency entrance: fire, flood, extreme weather damage. Otherwise the landlord will give you 24 hours or more if any work needs to be done. Please advise landlord immediately if anything breaks. Landlord can turn off water mains, get emergency plumber if needed etc. Limited lease terms here to be spelled out in the following paperwork.
