This Apartment is fantastic, the maintenance staff is great and really prompt. My roommate and I loved this apartment however he is moving to Colorado and I have a new job offer in Castleton. It is not possible for us to maintain our lease. We are hoping to find a couple or 2 roommates to take over our lease. It is $920 for this luxury apartment and over 1200 square feet, vaulted ceilings, screened in porch, wine rack, garden tubs, and washer and dryer hookup and the current listing for apartments at Dakota Ridge for this floor plan range from $1020-1070.
