In the heart of Wicker Park - 3 minute walk to division blue line, bus stop right outside your door, walk to the jewel, Lowe's, post office, and many other shops within in 60 seconds. Large half bath for guests and large master bathroom with huge jetted tub and separate shower. Dedicated utility room off of the kitchen with commercial sized washer and dryer all private within your own space. Sublet is for the month of August and September, or sign a 1 year lease with my landlord if looking for longer. No parking included but plenty of parking with a city permit for the area (zone 154) - never had a problem finding a spot within a 2 minute walk. Really have to see the unit to appreciate how large it is - not your cookie cutter skinny Chicago apartment with low ceilings, literally the opposite - tons of space and super high ceilings will make you forget you live in the middle of one of the most densely populated areas in the city.
