Our apartment is a 4x4 which has two other roommates that are clean and very respectful (also barely here). Rent is $765, a reserved parking spot is an additional $85 a month. Lease term runs through July 31st. Our apartment features great amenities such as hot tubs, a gym, study room, and a dog run! You also get access to all other focoliving properties amenities.
