It's a large property located next to a main road, but within a private neighborhood with our own private street. There's a large open space suitable even for dogs to play. Additionally, it offers plenty of open space for walking, exercising, or biking, as the private street has very little traffic. The water, electricity, and utilities are shared with the tenant based on prior bills from previous months, and any excess usage beyond what we had agreed upon monthly will be settled with the tenant.
