The large living room window looks out onto my back yard. The unit has a washer/dryer, and gas fireplace. I prefer a year's lease, and a damage deposit in addition to first and last month's rent to be paid on moving in. I require a tenant screening form and background check to be submitted in order to consider a prospective renter.
