    "Rental Open House" this Saturday. Rather than make appointments to show the house, I'm going to be at the property this Saturday (October 1st) from 9am to 1pm. If you'd like to see it, drop by. If you want to put in a rental application through Zillow before you visit, that's good too, but do please come to view the property on Saturday. Single story house on a beautiful quiet street, just around the corner from the Water of Life church. Previous residents were elderly, so the house is set up for easy access for less mobile people, including a walk-in bathtub. There's a sun room/enclosed patio at the back. Backyard is well fenced, so suitable for dog-run, etc. Etiwanda school district (7 minutes walk to local elementary school, even closer to Garcia Park). Easy access to freeway, Victoria Gardens, Ontario Mills, etc. Extra storage in back yard. (No photos of interior as current resident is still moving out, but it's very clean and tidy.) I own the house, so you're not dealing with a property manager. You'll pay all the utilities, trash, etc. You'll be responsible for the landscaping (but it's very low maintenance... basically maintain the grass and the plants in front yard you can see in the photos... backyard is either concrete or artificial grass.) You can bring any pets within reason (with an extra deposit), just no large aggressive dogs. Please don't smoke inside the house.
