The studio is furnished and includes plenty of cabinet and counter space in the kitchen, and is walking distance from University of Florida campus and Midtown shops. First and last month's rent plus security deposit is due at signing. Renters are responsible for a monthly water and electric charge. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Rent is due on or before the 1st of the month. If rent is not received by the 4th, a fee of $50 is applied. Every day rent and/or late fees are not paid after the 4th of the month, $7.50 will be added. Renter is responsible for payment towards any damages they cause.
