Completely remodeled basement unit. If you're looking for a clean college rental for yourself and a couple of buds, definitely check this one out. We are almost finished with the remodel, and it's looking real nice. The unit is in the basement but the ceiling is high and fully insulated. There are laundry hook-ups in the unit and two vanities in the bathroom. I'll get some more pictures posted as this progresses. We are currently installing doors and trim. The kitchen will be completely stainless and will include a dishwasher and an over range microwave. The detached garage is available if needed and there is large backyard, that will eventually get a new privacy fence. There are also 2 upper units at this property, that are getting the works as well. They are large 1 bed/bath units that will be available this summer. They rent for $850/month. Each unit has laundry hook-ups.
