We are Tarrant Management, Inc. and are open Monday- Friday 9am-5pm & Saturday 8am-10am. You must call the very day that you want to see the house.... We only set appointments the day of showing. Our Quick requirements: - $50 application fee per person who will be living there (over 18) - you must make 3 times the rent amount (must verifiable via recent check stub or tax return, etc.) - you must have no recent evictions, no eviction filings at all & good verifiable rental history for the last 5 years (this means no missed rental payments at all & not from relatives) - you must have no major criminal issues within the last 5 years - your FICO score must be greater than 600 - no pets - upon approval, you must be ready to sign the lease and give us the entire first month's rent and deposit Texas Law Requires all License Holders to provide the Information About Brokerage Services form to prospective clients: Information about Brokerage Services
