We live in a very nice and partially updated, upstairs, large, 1 bedroom, second floor apartment (about 900 sq ft) that is in a very safe and nice neighborhood in Rocklin, CA. This would be a lease takeover which is why you would not be required to have a deposit because we are gifting the one we paid to you! We also will be reimbursing the credit check fees for someone who qualifies AND signs. We live near every store you could want, close to the freeway and many parks. We have been hit with some hard times and have to move out to be able to stay afloat and are looking for someone to take over our lease. We have a pantry, large soaking tub, in unit laundry, HUGE walk-in closet, HUGE bathroom, a fireplace and a nice size patio and storage! Our rent is $1290 a month. If you are interested you can have our place with NO DEPOSIT. We also will be forfeiting our deposit so you may get up to $400 back when you move out, as that is how much we paid to move in. There will be a credit check and you will have to do that through the office. If you are approved, we will sign the place over to you. We are looking for someone to take over March 1, 2017.
