This house is a two bedroom two bathrooms one of the bathrooms are a master bath then it has a hallway bath as well for the laundry room area a den room area large garage a large carport lots of space, this house will not stay at this price for very much longer I’m updating the cooling system I just installed brand new floors, floors were installed with engineer lumber it will last a lifetime so in the meantime if you’re interested in this property is a good time to buy now because within the next three months or so I will be installing a central air system at that point the price will go up right now it’s priced because of there is no central air unit at this time that’s why it’s priced at 160 but within a few months I’m gonna put the central air and that’s when the price will go up to probably about 180 to 190.
