Looking for someone who is available to take over the lease in March, 3/8 the room becomes available. You will need to be approved by property manager, it is a super easy application. (No application fee) The requirements are to have decent credit, steady income and some rental history or a co-signing It is a spacious room for rent in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment located on the 3rd floor of an old Victorian in the Mansion Flat neighborhood. The complex is made up of only 12 units, it's very well maintained and everyone is very friendly. The neighborhood is very walkable, only about 15 minutes to DOCO and 20 minutes to the Midtown Farmers market. Deposit is $800 Rent is $950 + around $60 - $100 in utilities (depending on the time of year) Parking is street parking and is pretty easily accessible. Washer and dryer available onsite. You'll have space for things in the shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. The living room currently has a couch and coffee table and the kitchen has a small table and chairs. The room you're in is right off the kitchen it is on the opposite side of the apartment from your roommate The room has two closets, with a full size bed you still have plenty of room. The room has a ceiling fan and wall AC/Heater. Your current roommate is a 25 y/o female who works a 9-5 M-F She has 2 very sweet kitties. Unfortunately there are no other pets are allowed. The cats do roam the house however have not been allowed in the room you'll be moving into since I have a slight allergy to cats. 12 month lease, flexible move in date from March 8th to the first of April
