Hi - I'm looking to rent one of the available bedrooms in my house for a 1 to 3-month lease periods this winter-spring (with the possibility of extending the lease). One open bedroom room is a 150-160 square foot is east facing in the front of house. Second available bedroom is more private 150-160 square foot room in detached room in garage with a private entrance. The rest of the house (except for my bedroom) is shared space which includes bathroom, living room, kitchen, and mud room in the back. I work a 9 to 5 close by during the day. Well-behaved dogs would be totally acceptable. My dog is a 5-y/o husky named Nova who gets along great with other dogs. Hi - I have a few rooms available for month-to-month or 3-month lease terms starting January 15 (1/15). House has detached garage and fenced-in yard and is close to the Lakewood Light Rail Station. I am a clean, 45-y/o working male who works close by. I have a friendly 5-y/o Siberian-German Shepherd mix named Nova, and would welcome additional well-behaved dogs. No smoking on premise. Security Deposit is $1000.
