The space: Located on a privately owned 20 acre gated property. This is an attached townhome (owners do live in the other side of the attached unit) 2 bedroom, 1 bath town house with full kitchen (cook wear, dishes, flat wear provided, along with all the kitchen gadgets), large bath room with soaker tub and separate shower, dinning area, breakfast bar, work station, and large walk in closet. Both bedroom feature a king size bed, with twin bunk bed attached above. Living has a sitting room, with sofa bed and extra large TV. This is a fully functional horse center and cattle ranch. You will be living the ranch life with cows, chickens, and horses. The Bunkhouse is over the top ranch/western/farmhouse decorations with every comfort of home. Just bring your smiles, your personals, eats, and we got the rest! Guest access; You will have access to the owners large pool 3'-9' with views over looking the pond. You will have your own private parking, and porch area with bbq and sitting area to watch the horses and cows in the front pasture. Other things to note; Please do not enter any animal pens, do not feed any animals, do not pet horses or cows through the fence they do bite and kick. You will have lot of chances to do that sort of thing as we I'll be happy to point you to the friendly animals and give treats. All bills PAID, Power, Water, Trash, Waste Water, Gas, WIFI, Lawn Care. NO SMOKING. All pets but be on leashes at ALL times. Parking Spot will be designated. Additional fees parking boats, motorhomes, trailers, ect. Horses will be pasture board at $150 per head. Cleaning non-refundable deposit of $2800 required. Month to Month rental with 30 day notice required.
