The apartment is fully furnished with everything need need in to fill this space. All appliances and furniture are included. Owner pays for all utilities directly to service providers. The tenant will pay an additional $125 a month utility fee for water, sewer, electrical, and gas utilities. Parking is along Cranford St just one house down. No parking is allowed on the fire lane in front of the house. Maximum two cars per lease. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. There are individuals living upstairs. This guest apartment was previously used as a AirBNB and 12 month rental, there were no previous complaints about noise from the upstairs residence nor from the guest below (due to good insulation in the structure of the home).
