We are renting 2 beds in a room in our 3000+ Square foot house. 550 per bed. The or 950 for the room. The room is upstairs and shares a bathroom with 3 other rooms. Kitchen area on main floor is available as common area and must be kept clean. Cable TV is currently available on the main floor in the common Living Room and the common Family Room. Common Dining room is also available. No pets. Sorry. Home has Central A/C and Gas Furnace. The upstairs rooms are generally warmer in the summer and colder in the winter than the rest of the house. We believe Section 8 can be accepted. At this time, the owner pays for Heat, A/c, Water and trash. Tenants are expected to maintain the property inside and out. Mowing, dishwashing, cleaning, etc... Also relationships with other tenants are to be positive in tone and tenure.
