Looking for either 2-3 individuals or family to fill my Olde Kensington condo (all three bedrooms will be available). The building is a mix of new construction with original elements, and offers plenty of charm. Very large kitchen, small personal outdoor area with a larger shared outdoor space in the back (gardens, chairs). Extremely high ceilings, spacious rooms, new washer and dryer in unit and 2 bathrooms. Considering pets on a case by case, but think I would just cap it at one dog. Please reach out with interest and with any questions. $2,650 for the entire 3 bedroom condo (but rooms broken down below for individuals): 1st bedroom (top floor) - next to bathroom, door to access outside space, most light - $950 2nd bedroom (downstairs, front of the house) - $850 3rd bedroom (downstairs, back of the house) - private entrance - $850 Super love this neighborhood - you have equal access to Northern Liberties and Fishtown, but there are a few cute cafes/restaurants/bars very close by. I personally liked being sort of removed from all of the crazy Fishtown development, however I think this area is definitely in the midst of development and will see more shops, etc. in the next couple of years. There is a park one block away, a couple of bars right on 5th (and Poe's sandwich joint) and Reanimator is about three blocks (they also plan to offer pizza at that location soon as well). I currently live in Brooklyn, but am always reachable and address any issues quickly. In general, looking for people 28+ - would be a great house for a small family, but it's also plenty spacious to have 3 roommates. I am also looking for each individual to be clean, mindful and respectful of this space that I love so much, the lovely furniture I leave behind and of course respectful towards the other roommates. Looking for one year less. Would ask for first, last and security, but could work around it if you can only do first and security at the moment. Utilities will likely be around 100 a person (split three ways). I would be open to allowing one small dog.
