Roof deck. Need we say more? OK, if you insist: 1) Two-story, top-floor, 3bd 2ba, and 1270 sf 2) Totally remodeled - especially the kitchen, which has brand new appliances 3) Massive bedroom this is the largest bedroom (14'x14') the apartment, and is on the top floor. You can easily fit a king bed, TV, and desk great for working from home 4) In-unit washer/drier 5) Super safe, gated community (yes, this does exist in SF) 6) Assigned, gated parking is available for a small fee 7) Amazing location - right by Geary & Divisadero corridor, super close to Pac Heights in the north, Japantown to the east, Hayes Valley to the south and Golden Gate Park right to the west 8) Location is amazing enough to deserve a second bullet: there's plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops, and most importantly we have 6 parks within a mile at which you can eat said ice cream 9) Best of all: we have a huge roof deck, with (some) city view. Seriously. Check out that pic. If there's another pandemic, at least you know you can have a drink on your roof deck. Oh yea, and you get to live with us. We're just OK though, the roof deck is really the star here. Here's some details if you want them though: 1) I'm a 36yr old male Cal grad, and work in tech (#nondescriptsfperson). I will also be your landlord. Connor, with whom you will share a bathroom, is also in tech. 2) We are quiet & clean in common areas, I personally don't cook, but I will, however, wash your dishes if you cook for me. I can also cook *with you* but advise you to supervise me closely, lest I accidentally burn down our kitchen. 3) We do occasionally have friends over, but these are small gatherings for movies/shows, board games etc. 4) We aren't really 420 friendly. Sorry! 5) We're pretty much your standard millennials - We like music, streaming tv, and games. We have too many plants. Connor makes a great cold brew, plays soccer, mountain bikes and snowboards. I play ping pong, board games, and tennis, and would especially love to play tennis with you, personally. Note: Pics are using staged furniture from a couple years ago, but our actual setup is even better! Come by for a tour.
