We stay busy, but get along well when at home, so we are hoping to find someone who is responsible, friendly, and clean to fill the rooms. Location: 1.1 mile from ASU / Less than a half-mile to Black Rock Coffee, Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, Wendy's, Jack in the Box / Less than a mile from Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Hummus Express, SaltFire Brewery Co Taphouse, Mill Avenue / 1.1 Mile from ASU (Arizona State University) / 3.6 Miles to Sky Harbor Airport. The FINE PRINT: -Rent includes EVERYTHING! -Here are the items included in your Rent: Parking, Electric, Water, Trash, Gas, Internet, Pool Service. -Refundable Security Deposit: $700. -Lease term is Month to Month (Just need 30 day Notice).
