mobile on nice lot with all services in place. The 1st grouping of pictures is showing the drive into this development & some of the amenities. I have a picture of the wild turkeys going by. I was not quick enough to get a picture of the young buck. For the most part keeps the common areas mowed down. Very peaceful to hear the creek running at the back of the lot. The home sits back from the road giving greater privacy. Has a fenced yard. large detached Garage/Car port. Large back deck, tile flooring inside with wood-stove & skylight. some deferred maintenance & no foundation.
