    My friends think I am beautiful! Perhaps because I sit on this xtra large .62 acre corner lot and my many trees are mature and provide beautiful color and shade. My friends immediately comment on my full 3-car garage (2 used for cars and the 3rd pretends to be a basement). Then they notice my ability to park 2 RVs with one behind the HOA required fence! [A gentle man asked if “they” are going to full-time RV again. Sadly and knowing how they have enjoyed 33 years Rving I did provide the information that their beautiful 34 foot, 2 slide Class A diesel pusher is also to be sold. It hurts to see her go too]. When the ladies got inside there were positive comments including how beautiful my real Brazilian teak floors are, especially when my huge fireplace is providing such a warm atmosphere. My kitchen caught their fancy with the lighted china cabinet, walk-in pantry and updated SS appliances and gorgeous granite counters with theri double bull-nosed edging. Noted also was the chissled edging on the higher, countered wall which visually separates the kitchen and living area. All my back splashes with tumbled tile was thought to be a great choice to compliment my granite. Viewing the master bedroom, it's large size was appreciated as well as the barn door separating the bedroom from the 5-piece bathroom and nicely sized walk-in closet. “Nice” was repeated regarding the bathroom's granite counter accented with dual, glass vessel sinks. They found my other 2 bedrooms spacious and adaptable to office needs. My guest/family bath, like the master features a vessel sink and tiled back splash. The gals caught up with the guys who were enjoying the winter warmth flooding the south-facing sun room and commenting on my urban 6-tree orchard. Their attention quickly returned to the outside when the Mr. started talking about the 6KW (paid-for) solar system and the solar heated water system. Feeling proud and blushed I was happy to have the attention shift to the Mrs. who offered relaxing hot-tub time followed by choice of tea, beer or a glass of wine while sitting on the west-facing pergola-covered patio to anticipate a great bar-b-q. Ahh, they finally left me so I could get back to enjoying the neighborhood's quiet and our bright, gorgeous night sky.
