Nelson Park started with 11 large unbuilt lots from .6 to 1.5 AC. All have City utilities and good drainage. Lots 1-9 have been sold and closed to builders. Lot 3, 426 S 13th St has a completed home, which is now occupied. Spec homes are expected to be started soon on Nelson Ave but I have no schedule yet that I can represent. Lots 10 and 11 are available for sale at $59,900 each. They are in my opinion the best two lots in NP. This Lot 10 has mature trees in the rear and on the west side. The 111 ft. width of the lot allows for a very wide home and att garage, or narrower home with garage attached or detached in the rear of the home. A temporary ACC exists to approve plans for construction before being submitted to the City. It dies after the last home has been permitted.
