In 2010 the house was remodeled to include new low profile tiled roof, new electrical, new plumbing, new double paned windows, new kitchen, a master suite was added, new HVAC system and the pool was remodeled in 2013 with new plaster, new tile, plumbing and an energy efficient pump system. In 2015 a solar energy system was installed. More work to come.
