This is a beautiful home with a huge private fenced in backyard, immaculate open air pool, tiki hut, lanai, awesome landscaping and wonderful family friendly neighborhood! We are Pam and Ron from Maine, and we take pride in our Florida home. We are looking for someone to enjoy our little vacation getaway, but also to treat it like it was their own.This will be perfect for those looking for a change, anyone needing a place to relocate to for 6-12 months. Sunset Beach is a 5-10 min bike ride away, as is the famous Sponge Docks with award winning Greek cuisine. Tampa Airport is about 35 min away, and DisneyWorld is 90 miles. Tarpon Springs is truly an amazing place, with nearby golf courses, beaches, doggie park, monkey zoo, and the incredible Pinellas Bike trail! The house comes FULLY furnished with weekly pool service and great landscaping, newer appliances, comfortable beds, a nice laundry room, and bikes and kayaks etc. for your enjoyment. There is a garage complete with tools and a workbench there. Pets welcome! Our house is available April 1, 2026 and it's a 6 month MINIMUM rental. Longer is fine too!
