Our apartment consists of high ceilings, modern kitchens, stainless steel appliances, LED lighting throughout, secure key fob entry system, washer and dryer in each unit, plus enjoy skyline views on the roof deck! You are near all the best cafes, and restaurants. Absolutely NO SMOKING-Smoking, vaping, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine for each occurrence in order to pay to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Our buildings operates video surveillance in public and common areas, such as the main entrance and all hallways. Tampering with any of the surveillance equipment will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation, and your deposit will be forfeited. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit. Masks are mandatory in any public area, including but not limited to the hallways. Our building's staff will remind you to wear a mask. Repeated failure to comply consists in a breach of our house rules. Do no flush any tampons, sanitary napkins or flushable wipes down the toilet bowl.
