This apartment perfectly blends the chilled out beach vibes of the Caribbean with the glamour and luxury you expect from Miami. All utilities and FREE wifi is included in the rental. Quiet hours between 10 PM & 10 AM. No parties or events at any time. No smoking allowed on property; We are a smoke-free property. $100 smoking/cleaning fee will be charged. Please note we do not allow loud music and drinking in our hallways. Playing loud music and excessive drinking will result in the termination of your stay with no refund and removal from property. Music and noise should at all times be contained in your unit and should not affect your neighbors. If we get contacted by a guest complaining about your noise or being disruptive, we will give you a written warning and if it continues, we will terminate your stay. There is a maximum of 3 guests allowed per unit. More than this amount of people in the unit without notice to us could result in the termination of your stay with no refund and removal from property. We are a pet-friendly host. In order to check-in with a pet, we do require a registration form to be filled out before arrival and a $250 refundable deposit to be put in place. This deposit will be returned the day of check-out after we inspect the unit. There will also be a fixed fee of $50 for pet cleaning fee.
