Takes about 20 minutes to DTSP, TPA and Indian Rocks Beach. 30 minutes to DT Tampa and 10 minutes to PIE. Would like a long term lease if possible (1+ years). The room is partially furnished, located on the second floor, with a large TV and Roku stick, desk, bookshelf, end tables and a chair. The rest of the home is furnished including the kitchen and the garage is used for storage if you have some things that need to be stored. Complex has a pool and hot tub and is located next to a 55+ community that is walkable and safe. Renter is responsible for any damages that occur in the home. Smoking is allowed in backyard or front of home - not inside home. Renter will have own parking space. Renter is required to give a 30-day written notice of vacating at end of lease otherwise will be responsible for next months rent. Looking for 12+ month lease.
