Cats or a small dog is okay, if you have no pets a smaller deposit can be considered. No smoking inside by tenants or guests. There is plenty of street parking. Tenant pays for internet, its high speed so runs $80 per month. You can remove it or downgrade it depending on your needs. Landlord pays water/sewer/trash and asks you to pay for half the gas and electric bill. If you come see the property a sample lease including a printout of what last years gas and electric costs were will be provided.
