One year lease agreement, first month rent and a deposit of one months rent along with a signed rental agreement do prior to moving in. Rent is due on the first day of each month and is considered late after the 4th day of the month. A late fee of $250 will be added if not collected in this time frame. Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Parking is only allowed in the driveway. Parking is not allowed on the street or in the grass. It is the renters responsibility to maintain the lawn and bushes is a neat fashion. The trash cans must remain out of site from the street except on pick up day.
