Washer & Dryer Side porch: couch, table, and planters Back Deck: patio table, six cushioned chairs, grill and extra propane tank Yard Maintenance: Craftsman lawnmower, weed-eater, shovel, rake, broom, 10 ft ladder, hose, and other misc. supplies Lease Details: 12-month lease minimum required Tenants must complete a background and credit check; no minimum score we just want to see that you're able to pay rent on-time Proof of employment and/or income $35 non-refundable application fee If you have pets it is a $75 deposit for each pet upon signing the lease agreement/ acceptance Deposit is $1000 Deposit is due upon lease signing/acceptance. Deposit will be returned at the end of the leasing agreement if an individual wished to not renew. However, if the house is dirty, any damages done, no 60 day notice of departure, or furniture is left behind the deposit will be kept. Tenant pays for gas, electric and water. Owner pays sanitation and recycling. Tenant is responsible for yard work, such as watering plants, mulching, killing weeds, cutting grass, trimming plants. Please do not cut the Ivy if it is growing. Necessary equipment is available to stay with the house.
