The apartment is large with two sitting areas, a large full kitchen that seats 10 for dinner, oversized bathroom all is wheelchair accessible. Sweeping views of the valley from your own entrance. Large screen internet TV (bring your netflix account information along) and a second tv by the queen sleigh bed. Murphy bed available so the unit sleeps 4. Pets are OK --we love dogs and cats, current tenants in home have dogs as well, so some coordination is needed for puppy breaks outdoors. Additional fees for dogs and cats, other pets with permission. This is a quiet country property, no loud or large parties, quiet time after 10pm. Lease can start in early February and may run through next fall or month to month as needed. Damage to any furnishings is the responsibility of tenant. Rent includes all utilities--a single price including internet, heat, cool, water, trash, parking, sewer....I guess we wont pay your cell phone but otherwise it's the only bill you'll pay! We plow and mow for you, and you get to enjoy the gorgeous country 15 acres to walk and play and enjoy. We ask you to handle the entrance to the apartment (clearing snow and ice). 8 miles to Beaver stadium, close to town, but country living.
