Parking The driveway is currently used by the existing tenants, but there is plenty of free street parking available throughout the quiet cul-de-sac, so parking is never an issue. About the Household You'll be sharing the home with: * A registered nurse * A social worker We both work full-time and appreciate a home that's friendly, clean, respectful, and drama-free. Pets We have two friendly indoor cats who roam freely throughout the house. If your bedroom door stays closed, they won't enter your room. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis: * Cats may be possible if they remain primarily in your room. * Dogs generally aren't a good fit for the household. * Small pets (fish, reptiles, hamsters, etc.) are welcome. Guests & Smoking Reasonable overnight guests are welcome as long as they're respectful of shared spaces and noise levels. Vaping is permitted inside your private room only. Any other smoking must take place outside in the backyard, where an ashtray is provided.
