    We're looking for a clean, respectful roommate to share our fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in a quiet cul-de-sac in Upland. This is a welcoming home shared by two female professionals, and we're hoping to find someone who values a comfortable, peaceful living environment. Rent * $1,100/month * Utilities & high-speed Wi-Fi included * Flexible lease terms (short-term or long-term considered) * Security deposit: $1,100 * Applicants will complete a background and credit screening if we feel it's a good fit Your Room The private bedroom comes furnished with: * Bed and mattress (full sized) * TV * Desk and chair * Closet Photos will be provided once current tenant is fully moved out. The bathroom is shared with one other female roommate. The Home The home is completely furnished and move-in ready. You'll have access to: * Fully equipped kitchen * Living room * Dining area * Washer & dryer * Fully furnished backyard with outdoor seating * Central heating & air conditioning Just bring your clothes and personal belongings! Parking The driveway is currently used by the existing tenants, but there is plenty of free street parking available throughout the quiet cul-de-sac, so parking is never an issue. About the Household You'll be sharing the home with: * A registered nurse * A social worker We both work full-time and appreciate a home that's friendly, clean, respectful, and drama-free. Pets We have two friendly indoor cats who roam freely throughout the house. If your bedroom door stays closed, they won't enter your room. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis: * Cats may be possible if they remain primarily in your room. * Dogs generally aren't a good fit for the household. * Small pets (fish, reptiles, hamsters, etc.) are welcome. Guests & Smoking Reasonable overnight guests are welcome as long as they're respectful of shared spaces and noise levels. Vaping is permitted inside your private room only. Any other smoking must take place outside in the backyard, where an ashtray is provided. House Expectations We're looking for someone who: * Is clean and picks up after themselves. * Helps keep shared spaces tidy. * Communicates openly and respectfully. * Is financially responsible with reliable income * Is comfortable living with cats.
