Double wide trailer. We were the first family in this trailer and recently moved to another nearby town. Looking to rent out for about a year and a half to 2 years. Tile floor was added to kitchen, living room and 1 restroom. Metal roof was added as well and the shed in the backyard. The smallest restroom remodeled. New cabinets in kitchen. Trailer real taken care of and we hope to find mature, responsible and serious people to rent out to. The yard is about little over half an acre. Great neighbors, do not like loud parties or commotion (old folks).
