To move in, you will need to pay 1st month rent & utilities and $825 Security deposit. So including the application fee, you will need $1650 minimum to move in plus any utility deposit required by Georgia Power. $40 application fee per wage earner unless using Zillow Application. Depending on your application, you may be required to pay a higher security deposit. SMOKING NOT ALLOWED IN HOME, outside on porch only.
