You would be renting the third bedroom, which is spacious enough to fit a double sized bed in with a couple pieces of furniture. It also has a nice sized closet, and we have plenty of storage space throughout the house if you need more. There is currently a couch that folds out into a double sized bed in the room, and an optional dresser (see pictures) if you need it. My roommate and I are currently living here (we are both 23 year old females), and the house is owned by my parents (I act as the landlord). You would have access to all common areas. We are looking for a responsible female who is a non-smoker and non-drinker (or if you do drink, it is not excessively), preferably in college or around the same age with a stable job. We expect you to help keep the house clean and contribute to shared items if you use them (paper towels, groceries, laundry detergent, etc.) and in return you get lots of yard space, garage storage, use of my air compressor for flat tires, full size washer/dryer use, and a quiet place to call home. There is also a shed with some space in it for storage, as well as space within the common areas of the house. The neighborhood is safe, and it is situated right between Okeechobee Blvd and Belvedere Rd so it is really convenient and close to everything. There is a Subway, Chick-Fil-A, gas station, convenience store, and the Turnpike less than a mile away, and there is everything you need on Okeechobee Blvd (Banks, restaurants, grocery stores, bus stop). You will have your own designated area to park so that no cars are blocking it, and room for guests to park as well. My roommate and I are not party people, and rarely do we have many people come over. We are easy to get along with, respectful of others, and we just want a third girl to rent with who is clean and respectful of us. If you are that person, please contact me!
