This is my grandmother's home. However she is not in a position to still live here. Therefore there will be some furnishing that will be left in home. More details to follow on that. *I will remove the chairs from the chair lift but the tracks will stay. It's split level (with additions my grandfather built). Walking in the front door you must either go up or downstairs. Downstairs has the kitchen sitting room backroom/ dining room. As well as a half bath with washer and dryer (included) and furnace room. Off of the dining room is a family room. In the family room there's a door leading to the back yard and another furnace room with some storage space and a closet. There are a set of stairs in the back of the family room that lead to two small bedrooms. They are all connected to the furnace room in the family room. Going back to the front door and going upstairs. There's an office full bathroom and 3 good sized bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms will stay with the furniture in them.
