October 2010 we updated the kitchen. Viking oven and gas top were added. Quartz counter tops, the windows were replace and updated with double pane glass. The bedroom at the end of the hall was converted back to two bedrooms. This is how it was originally designed. We put down new pavement on the road and the driveways. 2005 when we moved in we put down bamboo flooring over the radiant floor heat. In 2007 we added R15 insulation and laminate to the roof. It has a 25 year life expediency. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is very quiet.
