There is a flat fee of $200 per month that covers sewer, water, garbage and storage. Seattle city light, Comcast cable/WIFI are all individually billed. There is one parking spot per tenant & visitor parking on-site. Certified as a Backyard Wildlife Sanctuary, this is a smoke-free & pet-free environment.
